Water filters for Puerto Rico. Help me help others?

Project "Send a suitcase full of awesome, tiny water filters to Puerto Rico" is in progress! I first wrote about it here. Since then, I've spoken with Sawyer, and we'll be getting the filters at cost! (This means we can get three times as many of them!)
